The country with the world’s biggest average manhood size has been revealed.
While countries may compete in various sports, they may not be so eager to compete over the size of their manhood.
But thanks to new data we can now settle this curiously intimate matter.
The revelation has left many on the internet in hysterics, with one person joking: “Well, clearly I’m living in the wrong country!”
Another laughs: “I’m pretty certain all you boys are searching for your measuring tapes in the workshop right now.”

The answer to the rather intimate question comes from a medical review in NowPatient.
The review acknowledges that many men are concerned about the size of their p**nis, and that it can greatly affect their confidence and self-image.
It also addresses an important question: does size really matter?
Before diving into the results, let’s look at the ‘average’ manhood size.
Many people are under the impression that the average p**is size is over 6 inches long, which researchers believe is partially down to self-reported measurements.

However, it’s actually much lower than this.
Healthline reports that the average p**nis is between 5.1 and 5.5 inches when erect, and when flaccid, the average measures 3.61 inches.
According to NowPatient’s review, the country with the biggest average manhood is significantly higher than what people presume is the average length and the actual average.
Before we reveal the results, it is worth adding the results should be taken with ‘a healthy dose of skepticism,’ as the data relies on self-reporting.
Interestingly, African countries dominate the ton ten, with Senegal, Sudan, and Zambia all making an appearance.

Coming in third is Bolivia, with a man’s average erect length in this country standing at 6.50 inches.
In second place is Cameroon, with an erect length of 6.56 inches.
Taking the top spot is Ecuador, with an impressive average erect p**is size of 6.93 inches. Maddeningly, this measurement is more than 10% of the average height.
The data also compiled figures for countries with the smallest average manhood size.

The review reports that Cambodia’s average p**nis length is 6.09% of the average height, measuring in at 3.95 inches.
Coming in second is Myanmar at 4.21 inches and Phillippines at 4.27 inches.
It also found that the United States, which entered the ranking at 59 with an average p**nis size of 5.35 inches, has many states where people are insecure about their manhood – Utah, California, and Hawaii to name a few.
The review claims throughout 2021, there were over 8,000 searches regarding the size of their package.
