Earlier this week, the reality star delighted fans by sharing a captivating TikTok video in which she confidently sat in her car, donning a whimsical pink T-shirt adorned with Barbie motifs. The video was perfectly synchronized to the invigorating beats of Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice’s latest chart-topping single, “Barbie World.”

In the video clip, which played on a repeating loop, Slaton’s face underwent significant editing, resulting in a charmingly rosy complexion.

While many fans admired the TLC star’s stunning beauty following her remarkable weight loss, there were some who expressed a desire for her to showcase a more natural look on social media.

“You don’t need all those filters stay true to yourself who you are,” one person wrote.

Despite the opinions of others, Slaton appears to be in high spirits, particularly after shedding over 125 pounds.

In the inaugural season of “1000-Lb. Sisters,” which debuted in January 2020, Slaton’s weight surpassed the 400-pound mark.

Following gastric bypass surgery, she shed an additional 136 pounds, bringing her weight down to 275 pounds on the scale.

Slaton has lost more than 125 pounds.

While Slaton’s health showed signs of improvement, her love life did not fare as favorably.

According to court records reviewed by Page Six at the time, in March 2023, Michael Halterman, her husband, filed for divorce from the reality star in Union County, Ky.

Per Us Weekly, Halterman, 40, requested that the court “enter a civil restraining order” that would keep both parties “500 feet from one another at all times” and make them stay “500 feet from the residence of the other party.”

He also sought to have the restraining order encompass a provision that would prohibit both parties from making any public statements or social media posts related to this litigation or each other.

The couple, who were once estranged, eloped in 2017 and later held a formal wedding in 2019, which was captured on the TLC series. The journey of their union unfolds beautifully through the lens of the show.

Less than a year after Slaton welcomed their youngest son, Glenn Allen, in July 2022, the split occurred. Halterman and the TV star are also proud parents to Gage, their son born in November 2020.
