Gordon Ramsay has spoken out about the tragic death of his son Rocky.
The celebrity chef, 57, is behind hit TV shows such as Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, and Next Level Chef.
He’s been married to his wife, Tana, 49, since 1996 and they share seven children: Megan, 25, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Matilda, 22, Oscar, 5, Rocky, and baby Jesse James.
In a recent interview, Ramsay discusses fatherhood and the ‘trauma’ his family experienced following the loss of Rocky.
Over the years, the MasterChef star has opened up about being a dad.
His eldest, Megan, was the first family member to receive a college degree.
Ramsay took to social media and celebrated her graduation, penning: “So proud of this young Lady @megan__ramsay our first Ramsay ever to graduate with a degree @oxfordbrookes hard work pays off!”
Holly, one of the fraternal twins, has dedicated time to destigmatizing mental health – she launched a podcast on which she discussed issues such as anxiety and depression. It also served as a safe place for her to open up about her mental health journal.
Ramsay’s daughter shared with listeners that she had been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression after she was s**ually assaulted while attending university.
She said: “It’s confusing and I’m trying to take control of my narrative and use that to make something good.”
