Jennifer Aniston has finally addressed longstanding rumors suggesting she had an affair with Barack Obama.
Speculation about a romantic connection between the Friends star and the former U.S. president emerged amid broader rumors concerning Obama’s marriage to Michelle Obama.
Concerns regarding Obamas’ relationship intensified after Michelle didn’t attend either Jimmy Carter’s funeral or Donald Trump‘s inauguration, with Barack attending alone.
As discussions about their marriage reignite, an interview with Aniston has gained attention.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the host handed Aniston a gossip magazine referencing the alleged affair.
Beyond addressing the rumors, the actress shared a personal anecdote during her interview.
She revealed childhood experiences of being pressured to belly dance at family gatherings, describing it as a source of anxiety and ‘inner trauma.’
Reflecting on her Greek heritage, she explained: “I have inner trauma from having to perform and belly dance in front of my Greek aunts and uncles and grandmothers.”

In response to the Obama story, she humorously wagged her finger and expressed her frustration with fabricated tabloid stories.
Aniston said: “Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re just like, ‘Oh no, what’s it gonna be?’ or you get an email saying some cheesy tabloid is gonna make up a story – and then it’s that…”
Despite the absurdity, she admitted: “I was not mad at it,” but emphasized the claim was ‘absolutely untrue.’

Aniston clarified her connection to the Obamas, adding: “I’ve met [Barack] once. I know Michelle more than him.”
When Kimmel jokingly asked if there was ‘a truth about [her] and Michelle,’ she replied with a smile: “That is not true.”
Aniston currently isn’t dating anyone and has not been romantically linked to anyone in the last five years.
Meanwhile, the Obamas have been married for 33 years and share two grown-up daughters.

Earlier this year, Barack shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to Michelle amid divorce rumors.
