‘Zombie’ Angelina Jolie lookalike shows her real face as she is freed from prison.
In 2017, Fatemah Khishvand, whose name is really Sahar Tabar, went viral on social media after she posted a series of photos on Instagram.
Her pictures were of her as a ‘zombified’ version of the Maleficent actress.
But it was Tabar’s Instagram photos that made her famous, and they also blew up in her face.

Around 2017, Sahar Tabar became internationally famous for her eerie, exaggerated look, created by makeup, photo editing and — possibly — cosmetic surgery.
If anything, her unusual looks caused both curiosity and criticism online.
However, Sahar Tabar was arrested by Iranian authorities in October 2019, BBC News reports..
It was part of a wider crackdown on social media influencers.
Charged with blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youth corruption.
Iran has strict moral codes and censorship laws that have repeatedly targeted people who promote what they see as Western or anti Islamic lifestyles, Al Jazeera reports.
It was a year ago when Sahar Tabar was sentenced to 10 years in prison in December 2020.
She reportedly served 14 months in prison, but was released conditionally in mid December 2020, as The Guardian reported.

The internet was shocked after the social media star has surfaced on the state owned channel Rokna with her real face.
One person pens: “People are amazing how much they think about other people … how can I be comfortable in my own skin?” Maybe, if bad mouthing and judging others was not such a common thing, fewer people would feel the need to change their appearance.”
“Prayers for her,” another adds.
While a third pens: “Wow! It’s so sad how far people would go for fame… they should’ve confronted her body dysmorphia instead of an uncalled for prison sentence.”

Many had previously been led to believe Tahar’s Instagram appearance was the result of botched plastic surgery.
But, she says, this is not so – she applied make up and used Photoshop when editing her snaps.
She explains: “The computer effects you saw on Instagram is what you saw to make that image.”
“Cyberspace was an easy way. ‘It’s much easier than becoming an actor.”
But Tahar has apparently admitted to having had some cosmetic procedures, including a nose job and lip fillers..
Back in 2017 the influencer admitted she had changed images of herself.

She told Russian news outlet Sputnik she had done it to ‘amuse’ herself..
‘I can see now I have something in common with [Angelina Jolie], but I like amuse myself, and to look like someone is not my goal,’ she told the outlet.
Over time, I post a photo, I make my face more fun and funny, it’s a form of self expression, a form of art.
Fans know this isn’t my ‘real face,’ she added.
In 2019 Tahar reportedly deleted her Instagram profile.
Iran has blocked access to Facebook and X, formerly known as Twitter.
But now Tahar is back in the headlines for being her real face.

Upon revealing her real face on the Rokna episode, Tahar explains: I was telling my mother to stop, but I didn’t listen.
‘Sometimes a friend’s or stranger’s words are more important than a parent’s.’
Her posts, which she called a ‘vulgarity’, helped make her famous, Tabar adds.
