Doctors Warnings Regarding The New TikTok Vabbing Trend, Lead To Health Issues

It's becoming more and more popular 😳

A bizarre new trend known as “vabbing” has swept through TikTok, leaving many stunned and worried.

The term is a combination of “vagina” and “dabbing,” and it is a trend where individuals use their body fluids as a natural fragrance to entice others.

Even though some people on TikTok claim it helps with dating and confidence, doctors are warning it can have dire health effects.

Vabbing is when someone collects vaginal fluids and applies them to pulse points like the neck, wrists, or back of ears—similar to how one would apply perfume.

The concept behind it is that body pheromones are the things that will make someone more attractive and desirable to others.

Other TikTokers have even sworn that it helped them garner more attention from their would-be lovers. It even made a few of them feel more self-assured.

Physicians highly disagree, noting that this is far from science and might have a few severe health consequences.

Health professionals are alerting individuals to stay away from vabbing, claiming that it might spread infection and germs.

The reasons are as follows:

1. Risk of Increased Infection:

Contacting intimate areas and then transferring fluids to other areas of the body without handwashing can cause the transfer of bacteria.

This can result in urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections, or skin irritation.

2. Exposure to Pathogenic Germs:

As it is done in a public place, germs and bacteria that have been obtained from dirty surfaces are introduced into the body again, which could cause health problems in the future.

3. Not Scientifically Tested:

While pheromones are real in animal attraction, no scientific study has shown that vabbing is effective in humans.

4. Unpleasant Smell and Social Discomfort:

Natural body fluids also shift in odor due to diet, cleanliness, and general health, some doctors assert. This would introduce humiliating, not desired, attraction.

Doctors are urging individuals to think twice before going viral on trends without knowing the potential risks involved.

Attraction and self-confidence are important, but there are better and safer methods of feeling good and being noticed.

Rather than vabbing, professionals recommend using traditional perfumes with nice, natural fragrances.

Practicing good personal hygiene to feel fresh and self-confident.

Using body language and personality, which both play a much bigger role when it comes to attraction.

Vabbing has become a popular trend on TikTok, but doctors emphatically advise against it. Though there are those who say they swear by it, medical professionals are adamant that it does more bad than good.

One must always consult experts before trying to pursue any popular fad and make sure it is safe and hygienic.
